... [READ MORE] his experience into the operation side of business during his tenure as CFO of Attendo when he also assumed responsibility for their French operations.
His career at Loomis began in 2007 as CFO of Loomis AB, parent company of Loomis US. Much of the beginning of his Loomis career was spent unraveling the Loomis Cash Management issues in the UK and coming up with an exit from that business. Once that was completed Jarl moved on to improving the financial organization of the company in preparation for a public listing. He led the company through the listing process and on December 9, 2008 Loomis AB was listed on the Nasdaq OMX in Stockholm.
During his time at Loomis AB, Jarl was the CFO but took a very active role in setting KPI’s, measuring performance and helping to improve Loomis.

As the Company evolved into what is today’s Loomis, Pat served in several financial management positions including Controller of the Northeast and Southeast Regions where he was relied upon for his ability to integrate his financial expertise with operational acumen. He has long been regarded as a key business advisor.
During Pat’s career, he has played a key role in the development of the company’s financial systems and controls, automating many processes for greater efficiency and reliability. In 2007, Pat was named US Chief Financial Officer in recognition of his proven track record as an astute business advisor and financial leader.

... [READ MORE] Loomis, Fargo & Co. compromised of the former Wells Fargo Armored and Loomis Armored. He played a central role in achieving dramatic reductions in cost of risk which became a hallmark of the company’s success over the following years.
Since that time, Danny has taken on increasingly broad risk management responsibilities serving as Director of Loss Prevention before earning promotion to his current position as Sr. Vice President Risk Management. In this role, Danny is responsible for safety, security, insurance procurement, regulatory compliance, contracts and their respective governance. This is in addition to his near fanatical dedication to promoting the Loomis risk management culture. In recent years, he has effectively navigated an intensely more complex risk environment including global risk exposures, electronic theft and a constantly changing risk landscape.
