General Function:
The Account Executive is responsible for the generation of revenue to respective branch of assignment. The Account Executive will carry out regular sales activities; project a professional image of him/herself, the company and its services. The Account Executive will effectively and professionally close/complete the sales process. Incumbent in this role, the Account Executive will actively solicit new business, increase service to existing customers, retain existing customers and regain lost business.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree preferred

2-5 years Business - to- Business Sales experience.

Prefer previous sales experience in Transportation, Financial or Security industry.

General Responsibilities:
1. Increase the revenues, profitability and number of customers for all lines of business within an assigned territory.

a. Attain a minimum monthly quota at prescribed levels of pricing.

b. Complete a minimum of in-person sales calls each workday, including cold calls, appointment calls, callbacks, new business, and customer relations calls on existing customers. As necessary, make calls for the purpose of securing price increases.

c. Complete weekly planning schedules and daily call reports.

2. Maintain a minimum required base of both revenue and customers within the assigned market by performing business retention activities to prevent the controllable loss of customers through cancellation of services.

a. Obtain a signed standard Loomis Armored US, Inc. service agreement order from all new customers and as necessary from existing customers.

b. Handle information/complaint calls in a timely and efficient manner.

c. Handle customer cancellation calls as required with the intent of minimizing controllable lost business.

d. Make follow-up calls on former customers 60 days after service has terminated, regardless of reason, for the purpose of reinstatement.

e. Determine the adequacy of present level of service and recommend increases in service as needed.

f. Determine customer satisfaction with Loomis Armored US, Inc. service, anticipate problems and recommend corrective action where necessary.

g. Obtain referrals from satisfied customers.

3. Conduct him/herself in a professional manner that reflects positively on Loomis Armored US, Inc. leadership position and image in the marketplace.
